Refund Policy

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds except in the event of defective media i.e. damaged disks or in the case of hardware dead on arrival (DOA) products.

In the event that you cannot get your product working, please work with the manufacturer or publisher of the product to get your product working.

Please carefully study the system requirements for whatever product is on offer. We cannot give refunds for products ordered in error. Please carefully check the Flight Simulator compatibility i.e. FS2004 or FSX.

Delivery Times


Instant Downloads

Your instant download is available instantly upon successful completion of your payment. If you ordered a Backup CD or DVD, please allow up to 10 days for the delivery of your backup CD or DVD.

Products Shipped By Mail:

Depending upon the response to each individual Deal Of The Day offer, your
order can take several days to actually ship out of our warehouse. Once it ships, delivery can take the following amount of time depending upon your location:

Within the USA: Ships within 3 days with delivery between 2 and 8 days from ship date.

Outside the USA: Ships within 3 days with delivery between 7 and 21 days from ship date.
